About Me.
My coaching approach is built not just on training, but on my own operational leadership experience.
Since January 2022, I've worked as an Executive Coach supporting specialists, leaders, and founders (over 40 clients to date). In parallel, I've served as Director of Operations at Glow25, leading a team of over 50 people and holding operational responsibility for a €50M budget.
This dual perspective shapes my work: I understand professional challenges not only from the coaching seat, but from firsthand experience with the decisions, pressure, and responsibility that demanding roles carry in fast-growing companies, regardless of whether people management is part of the role.
